The 5-Class Pass at The Wellness Barn Studio offers a flexible and approachable way to stay connected to your practice. Attend any of our regularly scheduled yoga classes at your convenience—whether you enjoy planning ahead or dropping in when it feels right. This pass is ideal for those who are looking to ease into a routine or maintain a steady, supportive rhythm without pressure. Designed for group classes, it invites you into a welcoming space where movement, breath, and community come together to help you feel more grounded, present, and at ease.

The 10-Class Pass is designed for those ready to build consistency and experience the deeper benefits of a regular practice. With the freedom to attend any scheduled class, you can create a rhythm that supports both your body and your lifestyle.
As you return to your mat more frequently, you may begin to notice subtle yet meaningful shifts—greater ease in your body, a calmer mind, and a stronger connection to yourself. Practicing within a group setting also fosters a sense of belonging, offering both personal space and shared energy.

The 15-Class Pass is a commitment to yourself and your well-being. It offers the opportunity to fully integrate yoga into your routine, supporting both physical strength and nervous system balance over time.
With consistent attendance, your practice becomes more than something you do—it becomes something that supports you in your everyday life. This pass is ideal for those who value structure, continuity, and the deeper sense of grounding that comes with showing up regularly

1 Month Reset Coaching
A grounded return to yourself
This 1-month coaching experience is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and reset—without overwhelm or pressure.
Together, we focus on what you need most right now.
Whether that’s calming your nervous system, creating healthier routines, or simply finding your footing again, this space meets you exactly where you are.
This is not about doing more.
It’s about creating simple, supportive shifts that bring you back into balance—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

3 Month Transformation Coaching
Where real change begins to take root
This 3-month coaching experience is designed for those who are ready to go beyond a quick reset and step into lasting, meaningful change.
Over these three months, we work together to gently shift the patterns that are keeping you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or out of alignment.
This is where awareness turns into action—and action becomes a new way of living.
You’ll be supported in creating sustainable habits, regulating your nervous system, and reconnecting to yourself in a way that feels grounded, realistic, and deeply aligned.
This is not about perfection.
It’s about building a lifestyle that supports you—day by day, choice by choice.

6 Month Deep Transformation Coaching
A full return to who you are meant to be
This 6-month coaching experience is a space for true, lasting transformation—not quick fixes or temporary change.
This is where we slow down enough to listen, long enough to shift, and consistently enough to create a new way of living that actually lasts.
Over six months, we work together to gently unwind patterns of stress, overwhelm, and disconnection… while building a foundation of clarity, resilience, and self-trust.
This is a deeper journey—one that allows you to not only change your habits, but to reconnect with yourself in a way that feels steady, supported, and sustainable.
